1. Using BATON Markets
These terms govern use of baton.markets. The service provider under these terms is AniDraft Limited. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent enforceable under applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact baton-legal@anidraft.com with legal enquiries.
Use transaction features only if you are at least 18 and legally permitted to do so. You are responsible for complying with laws and restrictions that apply to you. Public educational content does not remove those restrictions.
2. Information, not advice
Market data, rankings, curated links, community contributions and educational materials are general information. They are not personalized investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation to transact, or a promise of returns. A token appearing here is not an endorsement or verification of its issuer.
Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable. Verify exact mint addresses, sources and transaction details independently. Crypto assets can be highly volatile, illiquid or fraudulent; you may lose the full amount you commit.
3. Wallets and transactions
You control your wallet and its credentials. Never share seed phrases or private keys. Review amounts, token identity, permissions, fees and network details before authorizing a transaction. A quick-buy or percentage control does not guarantee execution, price or final proceeds.
Wallets, quotes, trading, bonding curves, swaps, NFT creation and coin launches depend on third-party networks and protocols. Transactions can fail, incur fees, experience slippage or become irreversible. We cannot reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction. Any applicable fees should be checked in the relevant quote or wallet flow.
BATON Markets does not take custody of your wallet keys. Feature availability can vary with wallet, liquidity, network conditions and protocol support. No deposit, return, resale value or uninterrupted service is guaranteed.
NFT minting carries a BATON Markets platform fee of 0.0001 SOL. Each listing transaction carries a separate 0.0001 SOL platform fee. SOL network fees and account rent are additional. The NFT is minted to the connected wallet; listing is optional. Platform fees are transferred in the same transaction as the relevant action; a failed transaction may still incur network fees. Cancelling a listing does not incur a new BATON Markets platform fee. The fee recipient is shown before signing.
4. Community participation
Sign-in is required to publish community contributions. Keep your account secure. Public rooms and posts are visible to other visitors; do not publish private information or material you lack permission to share.
Do not use the service for fraud, market manipulation, impersonation, unlawful promotion, spam, harassment, threats, malicious code or infringement. Disclose relevant paid promotions and financial relationships when contributing promotional content. We may restrict access or remove material to address misuse, legal obligations or security concerns.
Holder editing rights are based on fresh estimated USD values of BATON ecosystem portfolios among verified participating members, not a global holder ranking. Rights can change as holdings change. Community lore is member-contributed material, not independently verified canon. Revisions and restoration remain visible in edit history; operator restrictions may override holder permissions.
5. Your content and creations
You retain rights you hold in your contributions and creations. You grant AniDraft Limited a non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce, display and distribute content you submit as necessary to operate the service and its sharing features. You must have the permissions needed for uploaded artwork, names, metadata and other content.
Deleting supported content ends future display through those controls, subject to operational retention, legal requirements and existing public copies. Published blockchain metadata may remain accessible. Buying an NFT does not automatically transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights; any separate license must be checked with the creator.
6. Independent services
BATON Markets is independent of Pump.fun, Jupiter, Solana and token issuers unless a relationship is expressly disclosed. Third-party services and external links have their own terms, policies and charges. We do not control their operation or community claims.
7. Availability and responsibility
We may update, limit or discontinue features. We aim to provide useful information and a reliable service, but cannot promise accuracy, continuous availability or suitability for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, and we are not responsible for losses caused by market movements, third-party failures, user-authorized transactions or reliance on inaccurate external data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or mandatory consumer protections.
8. Changes and contact
We will publish updated terms with an effective date and highlight material changes where appropriate. Changes do not remove rights already granted by mandatory law. For support or corrections, contact baton-support@anidraft.com; for legal notices, use baton-legal@anidraft.com.
Play credits and pets
Play credits are free, non-transferable game points with no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, withdrawn, redeemed, converted to tokens or NFTs, or used to obtain monetary prizes. Trading is not required to claim free daily credits. They are not deposits, stored value or a promise of future airdrops.
Optional credit battles disclose their entry amount before joining. Credits are committed only when two players with equal entries are matched. The winner receives the two entries; a draw returns each entry. Turn timeouts can result in a loss. The server records results and credit movements once. Credit battles use equal combat stats independent of trade experience or NFT ownership.
BATON Markets does not currently accept BATON or other real assets as battle stakes, hold battle funds in custody, or pay out real-asset battle prizes. Pets and game points do not confer financial rights. We may investigate abuse, correct demonstrable ledger errors and restrict abusive accounts.
Relay Run companions and items are account-bound game records. They are not NFTs, cannot be transferred or redeemed, and do not promise future token rewards. Guest practice remains separate from wallet saves. Changing or clearing browser storage can remove guest progress; connecting a wallet does not convert guest inventory into account inventory.
